All servos should move in unison.
Essentially, you add a line for your extra aileron servo (Ch 5 in my case) and set your Input to your first Aileron channel. Here's how it looks in OpenTX Companion. Depending on the orientation of your servos, you may need to change the weight so that the direction of the two servos are correct with respect to each other.

I watched some videos on Youtube and I found this solution: Inputs tab on Companion. The Channel Order selection simply sets the default order for new models.
